Initial Face to Face Meeting

Service Description

The first initial consultation to go over your event in details and discuss specific event services that will be recommended for your upcoming event. We will follow up with a detailed event proposal that will outline the event plan, itemize event budget base on requested event services, and cost breakdowns. The initial consultation 30-45 minutes and take place in our business office & event studio. If we have to travel off site and out of the 25 miles radius, there is $25 travel consultation fee. If you pay the travel consultation fee and book our event services, we will deduct that amount from your initial deposit.
